Supporting business change and development within a small team rolling out training and support throughout mitie from engineers to directors, technology lead development and design that has transformed the way we report and work within the business.I am currently working on a Transformation project with mitie rollong out PDA adoption to all of the Engineering Services division training and instructing a whole new digital System to improve our client experience and make our company the leader in its sector.Jan 2019 update.At present i am delivering two new software apps to the business that enable engineers to process PCard and ETimesheet quicker, this will enable our clients to be billed quicker and in a digital format with a full audit trail from start to finish, this is already delivering the results and proving good with our data and figures.

All aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenanence for buildings in the care sector providing 24/7 call assistance based from home.The care homes i work in vary on level of care needed as most are dementia and some are just basic nursing. I also look after the hospital side of caring where 1 to 1 care is needed for the paitents.In all my sites great care is taken to cause as little upset of interferance with the normal working day of the premise. I have great skills with people so i find this work very easy to deal with as my background i have spent many years working in this sector.
