● Filing discharge and load list for all shipments● Coordination with vessel operator on vessel ETA/ETD, NOC, space confirmation, DG approvals.● Coordinating with agents at different locations for smooth running of process.● Coordinating with customers for all import and export related activities.● Issuing of delivery order and preparation of Bill of loading after appropriate confirmations.● Ensure to send required arrival notices to customers and pre-alerts to agents.● Coordination with MECREC for all repair related activities.● Ensure to raise required invoices for export shipments● Following up and accounting on payment status● Proficient with all activities in Dubai Trade.

● Planning Trip Hire Contract (THC) and Delivery Run sheet (DRS).● Create Pick-up Request (PRQ) and Consignment Note (CN).● Align all pickup and delivery material.● Coordinate scheduled pickup and delivery without failure.● To provide report the day-to-day operation activities to the manager.● Create deposit slip for collection maintain daily report.● Resolve the issues at time for pickup and delivery. 06/2020 - 03/2022● Tracking the status of INBOUND and OUTBOUND of the materials, managing the operation ofmaterials movement, pending requisition and pending dispatches or damage materials.
