With over 12 years of experience as a career coach, I lead a team of professionals at Workforce Singapore who provide career guidance, supervision, and training facilitation to clients across diverse career phases and transitions. As a Principal Career Coach (Lead), my mission is to advance personal growth, professional development, and wellness for individuals and organizations in the changing and uncertain job market.I specialize in life and career adaptability skills, which enable clients to cope with the challenges and opportunities of career development. I use various tools and methods, such as MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, Epitome, Knowdell Card Sort, Hope-Action methodology, Career Construction Interview technique and Points of You tools and methodology to co-create personalized career plans and solutions. I hold multiple certifications in career coaching, including WSG CDF and NCDA FCD and I am a certified career practitioner (WSG CCP and NCDA CCSP) as well as a certified career coaching supervisor (WSG CCCS and NCDA CCSCC).
