Wrote the program requirements, evaluated and wrote the contract for navy vibration Analysis program. Oversaw the transition of the program to a new data collector monitoring testing, and ensuring compliance with all naval computer hardware and software requirements. Combining the programs of Submarines, Aircraft carriers, and destroyers saving the navy over a million dollars. • Member of INSURV assessment team. Assessed 4 carriers and trained over 400 Sailors in preparation for ship’s Inspection and Survey Board (INSURV). • Key member of various working groups.  Revised the Navy electrical safety requirements in the revision of the Naval Electrical Safety standards and requirements. Procured and distributed the new electrical safety equipment increasing the safety throughout the fleet  War Fighting Improvement Process. Identify and resolved major electrical system problems through the fleet.   Electrical System Distribution Working Group - Identifies Aircraft Carrier modernization and acquisition planning, and technical issues requiring near term resolution to improve Power Distribution and Consumption, Interior Communications and Announcing Systems, as well as Machinery Control and Monitoring Systems. • Radiological Emergency Response Organization (RERO) – Member of on-scene communication team for radiological accidents.
