Jasen Herr is an experienced leader with a proven track record in lowering operational costs while increasing production. With a total of just under 75 employees, Jasen has built a team from scratch to be able to achieve organizational KPI's. He has also created a training program, first of its kind in the industry, that allows the organization to be nimble and adaptive to industry changes and common ebbs and flows. He is responsible for all Field Operations, Dispatch Department, Emergency Response Team, Tower Construction Crews and Fiber Construction teams.
