- Construction management consultancy with regards to the Croatian construction laws and regulations.- Design management.

- Project Construction Management. - Responsible for the successful technical and financial delivery of the project in both the company and client’s interests, respecting contract conditions and the company’s values, quality standards, and sustainability aspirations.- Ensure that the project is a commercial success and protect the client’s and company’s interests against financial risk.- Review and comment on the project contract.- Agree to the overall budget, identifying cost limits; produce major budget headings, agree to the budget with the client.- Ensure design is developed within agreed budget and the program’s objectives.
