One of Australia's largest basketball clubs, with 900 juniors playing the sport each week.Tasks include:• Developing unique presence for a junior Basketball club online• Establishing corporate relationships within the local community• Sourcing & servicing sponsorships• Event management• Membership administration

• Planning the annual marketing schedule including specific brand and seasonal campaigns including the Spring Racing Carnival, Christmas Season, Summer Racing & the Yarra Valley Cup.• Executing the delivery of Club marketing projects including all specific race day themes.• Manage the media plan and all content creation across TV, radio, digital and print• Responsible for the planning and delivery of race day presentation for all thoroughbred & harness race events, including big screen content, entertainment, fan zones, MC activities, event run sheet and on-course marketing activations.• Responsible for overseeing the ongoing development of the club brand and output of all collateral.• Establishing the club’s Customer Feedback program and ensuring results are acted upon.• Manage the Marketing budget.

Responsible for developing online presence of Country Racing, based around the ongoing growth of an industry first e-commerce focused website.Tasks include:• Ensuring the ongoing development, administration and support for countryracing.com.au• Establishing a distinctive 'voice' for CRV online through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google+• Introducing potential fans to the sport of racing whilst engaging existing fans• Assisting clubs in the development of marketing collateral• Customer Service

• Researched the current volunteer requirements and shortfalls of the Casey sporting environment, by producing and coordinating a survey for the use of a targeted volunteer recruitment campaign.• Liaised with club volunteers in developing the Casey’s Volunteer Heroes campaign, by communicating with club committee members in coordinating volunteer profiles and photo shoots for the development of promotional collateral for use council wide.• Communicated and liaised with a variety of stakeholders, including the Australian Sports Commission, other council staff and representatives of 7 local clubs in the coordination of a Sports Gala day, at which 240 students from 4 local schools will be attending.• Designed and developed a new Access contacts database for over 220 sporting clubs and 350 volunteers. The system is now capable of identifying clubs by their specific sport, location, inclusive programs, Good Sports membership level and displaying the associated committee members and contacts.
