I fit in a matrix organizational set-up, where I work with Trading, Online Marketing, Field Marketing, Branding, Sponsorship, Social Media, Business Control, Procurement, Product, Compliance and Legal, and Risk and Fraud to drive my business vertical and achieve my KPIs. I report to a Managing Director and C-Level.What do I do?I create the strategies for my vertical, I work on the forecasts with the head of trading and business control, I manage the contracts and supplier performance and relationships related to Sports, and I rally the team members to achieve results. I lead recurring meetings with all disciplines that affect my vertical to identify events to capitalize on, product releases that need to be highlighted, where and how we can attract new customers, refine retention and reactivation campaigns, and spot areas for product improvement.

Responsible and accountable for Sports CRM activities for B2C and B2B brands. Planning, overseeing execution & analysis of campaigns.Working with the Head of Sport to roll out product and feature updates to the various Sportsbook sites operating under the Aspire Global license. Working with our platform and supplier partners to ensure that all Sportsbook features and aspects related to the trading of Sports Betting markets are correct and functional.Responsible for scouting and reviewing Esports suppliers for the Btobet Sportsbook solution and managing the development of the Esports vertical for the platform. Designing the Esports frontend with UX designer, managing flow of data from supplier and positioning of the lobby onsite.Overseeing and being in a key role in the integration of the Btobet Sportsbook platform into the Aspire Global PAM. Providing detailed feedback into developments and improvements needed for the Sportsbook platform to be a marketing leader. Assisting the Project Managers and Developers with testing and theoretical understanding on the natural behaviour and expectations of features on the platform.Scoping of the Sports data and building customer scenarios in the AspireEngage platform (powered by Exponea/Bloomreach). Assisting in refining the data quality and improving the simplicity of using the platform for CRM coordinators.Assisting the B2C Acquisition and Affiliate Marketing team with their marketing & brand efforts in the Sports vertical. This would include assisting with developing the brand identity of new brands with regards to the Sports vertical, reviewing Sponsorship and endorsement proposals, and identifying problematic affiliates and referrals.Assisting B2B brands, who have sponsorships/endorsements, on how to better activate and leverage their Sponsorships. Identifying the weak activation points and where branding is better served.Investigating accounts for Sports Fraud, Abuse and Syndicate behaviour.
