I am a remote architectural historian/historic preservation specialist documenting, researching, and preserving built environment cultural resources under CEQA and US NHPA Section 106 frameworks.I've worked on large-scale state water and transportation infrastructure projects, regional disaster recovery, roadway infrastructure, and private utility projects through collaborative working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Agencies and organizations include Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH), California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), California Department of Water Resources (DWR), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), California Department of General Services (DGS), California Department of Community Services & Development (CSD)'s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), the County and City of San Francisco, as well as local government, regional organizations, and national entities with a stake in cultural resources management and preservation. My long-term goal is to contribute to international-level cultural resources management initiatives, particularly in the Pacific and Asia.
