• Duties:
• In charge in all accounting tasks operation with Odoo ERP.
• Prepares weekly cash flow position with yearly forecast.
• Handles all receivables and payables including petty cash management.
• Accounts Payables, including processing invoices, following up with vendor and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Accounts Receivable, including processing payments, producing statement of accounts, collection on overdue accounts and account reconciliation when required.

• Duties Summary:
• Accounting software setup for all new clients and advices them what to use and what accounting software they need.
• Reviewed and recorded all pre-setup costs like: capital injections, fixed assets, inventories, visas and other recruitment fees and legal documents for new clients.
• Reviewed expense reports and cash advances, sales, cash position and bank reports of the client.
• Posting of all cash and accrual transaction in the system.
• Preparation of cheques for client’s bill payment and documentation of payment vouchers and LPOs.

• Conduct on site audit and compliance investigation of Meralco Payment Centers Franchisees and Corporate accounts.
• Preparation of authorization letters for the franchisee.
• Generates the collection details thru system and preparation of collection summary including cash and check.
• Conduct cash count of all collections in each terminal and also vault contents.
• Verifying of deposit slips both cash and check of all billers of every franchisee.
• Full Bank Reconciliation of Check collections of Meralco Payment Center client/billers
