• Responsible for prioritizing and resolving or escalating received end user network requests in the IT ticketing system. • Monitor and analyze network management systems and responding to the investigated network outages.• Installing, configuring, implementing, maintaining, and providing support for various networking devices ensures the dependability of the network infrastructure for all of the Board's network services.• Identify and manage appropriate LAN cables between networking devices.• Experience working with SolarWinds, Aruba Central, Aruba Airwave, Ivanti ticketing system, Aruba access points, Aruba ClearPass, HPE ProCurve and Aruba CX series.
