The IT team at Octapharma Plasma has navigated many challenges and the excitement of explosive business growth over the last five years. The team culture is one of ownership and commitment, and we have delivered significant improvements in service availability and quality. In alignment with our IT Strategy to move IT from a support function to inseparable from the business, we have strengthened business partnerships by spending time in our donor centers to ensure we understand their needs.
