  • Acting as a liaison between the client and the candidate throughout the entire recruitment process• Responsible for job posting, resume sourcing, resume screening, scheduling interviews• Interacting with candidates, briefing them about company's profile, job description and making them understand the required job roles and responsibilities• Target the most qualified candidates within the technical discipline and screen resumes to identify potential matches• Sourcing the candidates through various job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder and company's personal database)• Coordinating with candidate and the account manager • Well versed with different tax terms like W2, 1099• Closing the positions within the given time frame and salary range• Performing all staffing functions needed to fill the clients open job requirement• Initiating pre-employment checks of the new hires involving background checks and scheduling drug screens• Communicating with internal resources and outside vendors regarding background checks, finger printing and drug test etc.• Interacting with the Recruiters, Line managers and Third-Party Service providers to resolve issues• Collaborating with Global onboarding team on a daily basis to ensure globally consistent processesManaging onboarding conflicts and escalate appropriatelyMaintaining daily, weekly and monthly recruitment/joining trackers and updating details on ATS (JobDiva, BullHorn)
