In my role, I handle document verification and data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel. My main focus is on ensuring the accuracy of data and quickly addressing any discrepancies that come up, which I report directly to the client. I also take care of administrative tasks like correcting data errors and double-checking everything for accuracy. I summarize and report on the data I receive to keep everything clear and organized. On top of that, I manage and sort files and documents, making sure everything is neatly organized and easy to find.

As the Valuation Support Coordinator at Opteon, I provide crucialadministrative support to our licensed valuers. My responsibilities includeresearching property data with Rp Data, monitoring valuation orders via Halo,verifying documents, coordinating with banks and valuers, analyzingproperties with Google Street View, and determining service types and feesusing Valex. I also request updates on delayed orders and appraisal quotes asneeded, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Opteon's highstandards in property valuation services.

As an Accounts Receivables Specialist, a primary responsibility involves the generation and distribution of statements of accounts to our valued customers. These statements serve as proactive reminders, notifying customers of their upcoming payment obligations prior to their due dates, facilitating timely settlements. Additionally, part of our role entails issuing collections emails or ledgers to address any outstanding invoices that have surpassed their due dates, extending our efforts to ensure prompt resolution.Integral to our operations is the utilization of SAP (Systems Applications and Products), a robust platform that provides comprehensive access to customer accounts. Through SAP, we maintain meticulous records and possess real-time insights into the precise status of each customer's account, enabling us to effectively manage and communicate pertinent information.Beyond these core functions, our duties encompass a range of tasks related to customer account inquiries and resolution of unsettled bills. As a collections specialist member, my primary responsibility entails initiating outbound calls to customers to remind them of any outstanding payments and to establish a mutually agreed-upon promise payment date for documentation purposes. Additionally, I handle inbound calls from customers seeking clarification regarding bank charges and late payment fees, adhering strictly to the bank's standard operating procedures.In support of our communication efforts, we also dispatch collection emails to customers for their reference and documentation. Ultimately, our overarching objective revolves around achieving our monthly collection targets as a cohesive team. These targets serve as the benchmark for evaluating both team and individual performances.
