She fondly laughs about how everyone boasts about topping in Math or Science (during their school days), but for her, it was always languages. Maybe that flair for languages is where her love for communications began.After her graduation she worked in BTL and enjoyed her event nomad days. Took a break to study for her MBA and by the end of those 2 years, she was a triple post graduate. Soon, she jumped on the digital wagon. Carving her way through renowned agencies like FCB Interface, she worked on brands like Cadbury Oreo, Taj InnerCircle (the loyalty program of the Taj Hotels Group), Mahindra Trucks and Buses, Chandon (the sparkling wine brand from the house of Moet & Hennessy), among others. Some of her notable campaigns include Play with Oreo, The Party Starter Sound Track from Chandon and I’m in the InnerCircle for Taj.She joined DHL Express India in 2013 where she was in charge of setting up the digital and media landscape to driving leads, revenue, engagement & loyalty. With her efforts, marketing at DHL became a revenue contributor and not just a cost/ support function. She also made them No. 1 in APEC, within the DHL network. The famous anthem IM MI, from the DHL x Mumbai Indians partnership, is her sprog. She garnered a never-before number of 300 Million eye-balls through this campaign. Needless to say, she has received awards and accolades for her achievements. The most coveted award at DHL ‘Employee of the Year’ was bestowed upon her for her first year of work itself. She is an innovative, passionate and driven marketing professional with a strong sense of customer centricity.
