• Develop selection, onboarding, training, and retention efforts for a cohort-based entrepreneurship and management program of 120 students
• Create new and innovative ways to teach curriculum of entrepreneurship to students by maintaining knowledge of current industry trends, collaborating with local experts, and developing engaging curriculum delivery.
• Advise students on their academic curriculum to ensure that they are progressing through their college academic career on time and achieving their goals throughout the process
• Conduct training coursework for various topics including LGBTQIA+ Diversity, entrepreneurial talents using the BP10 assessment, and coordination of various professional workshops taught to students in the program each.
• Organize large-scale, multi-day workshops and events for students, faculty, and staff to enhance their training and skills by identifying current gaps in education and building curriculum to develop those necessary.

• Provide an exceptional experience for prospective students who attend campus events by giving group presentations, having individual meetings, and creating the most personalized experience possible for each of the.
• Strategize with teammates for future recruitment strategies, communication efforts, and innovative ways to reach potential student’s in the most effective and efficient ways
• Assist with administrative duties like answering phone calls, helping prospective students who come to the office with questions, and responding to questions through the Talisma communications platform
