My responsibilities encompassed initiating market inquiries for quotes, preparing cost analyses for imported materials and also local Raw Materials and lab chemical, lab equipments and other general items, SAP POS, arranging import insurance and policies, and establishing FIs like LC and BC. I managed diverse transactions including Advance Payments, Open Account, and Collection basis, handling PSW, document amendments, and retirement. I worked with three banks, examined documents per LC terms, and coordinated drafts, shipping documents, and regulatory compliance. I organized assessment orders from DRAP for drug imports and facilitated smooth collaboration between accounts, internal audit, and customs clearance for expenses and duties.
