Oversee e-Commerce and Amazon Marketplace business through Merchandising, Marketing, Social Media, Photography, Casting and Branding. Direct all Digital Marketing efforts; digital advertising, plot and schedule all upcoming digital campaigns, schedule quarterly email marketing plan, and develop merchandising calendar.

Managed and lead a team of 30+ in styling, merchandising, photographer, retouching, copywriting and photo editing. Conceptualized and executed online campaigns for seasonally and weekly e-commerce updates. Worked with the DMMs to curate the appropriate merchandise mix based on emerging market trends. Accountable for trend forecasting/consulting for the women’s buying team, developing advertising campaigns, and sending weekly emails to the customer database.Monitors and directs any visuals being rolled out for women’s products, as well as directs special collaborations and exclusives with women’s brands and key figures in the industry.

Purchased items for 150+ brands, selected new brands seasonally to diversify the brand mix, and successfully introduced female customers to the contemporary market and a new price point.

Led the startup of an online retail store, provided input regarding the website’s concept/design, and trained staff in operating, marketing, and merchandising intimate apparel products.Created monthly marketing campaigns/photo shoots, assisted customers with high-end intimate apparel boutique, and conducted inventory audits to verify accuracy of records.
