I am Jasim ghaderi, I was born on 13 June 1981 in Shemiran, and grew up in Elahieh District. I attended the elementary school and junior high school at Dr. Mahmoud Afshar’s School in Jordan Street and I completed my high school program in Saeid High school in Jordan Street. During the entire period of the school I was a diligent student, sportful, with humor sense and annoying one; I was all the time leader of friends’ team. I got my high school diploma in Mathematics and Physics in 1998 with grade point average of 18.5. I quitted study for one year what I did when I was 10 years old in 4th grade of elementary school. When I was 10 years old, I told my father that “I am no longer interested in school, I want to be a carpenter”, he agreed and I became a carpenter and I returned to the school by father’s policy and my desire. After high school diploma I did it again and after a while I returned to school by father’s policy and my desire. Upon completion of a hard time and with a weak GPA I completed a bachelor’s degree program in Biomedical engineering with illiteracy. I simultaneously entered business world and went through a successful experience of entrepreneurship accompanied by different initiatives of sale and branding in import of kitchen utensils; then, I returned to my father’s business with invaluable experiences in business. Since 211, I have heart fully served people in Legal and Real Estate Counseling business. In 2012, I admitted to an Associate’s Degree program in Real Estate Counseling at Applied Science University and graduated with an A.Sc. Degree with GPA 19.52 in 2015 as the first graduates of the program. One year later after approving of B.Sc. program, as the first students of B.Sc program in Real Estate Counseling completed the said course in 2018 with GPA 19.67. during my life time period, I jumped on branches of other professions such as football goalkeeper, playing guitar, singing, poet, editor, music works critic and some other branchesCurrently, I am the manager of Mrestate in Mazandaran province and we specialize in sales engineering of construction projects
