Dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairsManaging all communication via telephone, email and face to face in an efficient and courteous mannerEnsure high standards of customer satisfaction, managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles,Liaise with the workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer's vehicles.

- Responsible for identification of material requirements, acquisition and need dates and coordination of Project Management/Operations, Procurement and engineering to maximize material availability and minimize surplus.- May assist in the preparation, accumulation and maintenance of materials control files, such as requisitions, purchase orders, ordering material through SAP, MAXIMO and FSS.- Assist in materials control cost, control and training.- Works under general supervision of the Materials Control Supervisor or Senior Materials Control Specialist.

- Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Warehouse Supervisor.- Receives, checks in and issues materials in support of plant construction and maintenance activities.- Maintains inventories, completes records and performs various clan-up and housekeeping activities.- Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures. Performs other duties and activities as directed.

- Driving staff member on/from the field trips.- Delivering non-food items and official mail to there destinations.- Carrying appropriate daily vehicle checks.- Reporting to GSS clerk on the status of the vehicle assigned (repairs/ services).- Reporting to radio-room about road conditions.- Translating between the UNHCR international staff members and local officials.

- Supervises and manages the labourers assigned to UNHCR warehouses.- Insure all relive supplies are stored in accordance with specific storage standards.- Monitor the status of destroyed good and supplies in order to insure undue damage/ spoilage.- Keep the storekeeper and/or W/H manager informed of damaged/expired food items.- Insure proper hygienic standards inside/outside the Warehouse.
