Reporting to : Director, International BusinessResponsibilities : a) Identify and develop business opportunities in the current international marketsb) Ensure business growth in the existing countriesc) Seek new opportunities by targeting international markets for Expansion of business in different countries d) Develop and implement an account plan for current & new international markets in order to maximize export revenue and profite) Devise and develop proposals/strategies for product, price, distribution and promotion for key markets f) Development of packaging material as per the need of clientg) Pricing of medicines for different countriesh) Manage budget for product adaptation/development, promotional support and export operation for key marketsi) Coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery of all appropriate documentation to meet requirements of the customers or the pharmaceutical regulatory authority of the concerned markets.j) Conduct and facilitate training programs among the field-forces’ in the overseas markets.k) Build rapport with all stakeholders related to different overseas marketsl) Attend pharmaceutical exhibitions and conferencesm) Arrangement of shipment of goodsn) Lead a team of Executives and work closely with them for on-time delivery of export orderCurrent Markets portfolio : Regulated Market - USA, UKRoW Markets - Asia Pacific and Latin America, MENA, West Africa, Southern AfricaOther market(s)- UNGM, UNICEF, WHO
