- Edit news articles and features for accuracy, style and content, adhering to tight deadlines. Liaise with in-house analysts and graphic designers to conceptualize and create charts. Ensure articles communicate the most newsworthy information.- Ensure content is error-free, concise, coherent, free of grammatical errors, and in adherence with the company's editorial and AP style guidelines.- Tell more compelling stories by using data and enhancing use of visualizations.- Help shape coverage by contributing story ideas, vetting news leads and compiling and/or editing daily and weekly features.- Collaborate with editors across the team to monitor news.- Vet news wires, newspapers, and company websites to gather and monitor information. Contribute to regular features, aggregating stories based on subject matter.- Write stories, as and when needed.
