In my role as Production Coordinator, I ensure the smooth, efficient operation of production and design workflow. I’m responsible for monitoring all production jobs, from quoting and scheduling to quality assurance and dispatching, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards. My role includes organising schedules, managing timelines, and coordinating both people and resources to deliver quality results on time.
