His facilitation in research and developments in food technology, have now led to modern industrialized bioprocesses for producing cheese, yoghurt, bread and many others foods. He has a proven track record and international industrial experiences in major projects in food & dairy microbiology in 4 different countries including Australia.He has made significant contributions in Food production and processing HACCP, SQF and Food Safety Principles, Food Codes, specialized in analytical technologies in foods and beverages to develop relevant, cost effective programs, He was a technical food consultant for 14 different food companies in Australia in improving the quality of existing products and development work . His academic qualifications include Masters Degree in Food Technology with merit scholarship and a Ph.D in Dairy and Food Microbiology (Academic Australian Ph.D). He published 52 research papers in different international scientific journals and was awarded Postdoctoral German Fellowship in Kiel University.
