As a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology graduate from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, I have always been driven by a passion for technology and problem-solving. During my academic journey, I developed a strong foundation in IT, excelling in key areas such as data management, cloud computing, and software development. My curiosity and eagerness to learn led me to explore various domains, sparking my interest in application support, cloud services, and data analytics.Over the past 5+ years, I have gained valuable experience in diverse IT roles, working in industries such as pharmaceuticals, logistics, and IT consulting. I have managed application support for critical systems, developed ETL processes, and worked with leading technologies like AWS, Linux, SQL, Python, and ServiceNow. Some of my key projects include optimizing Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), leading database migrations, and deploying scalable AWS solutions that improved performance and reduced costs. I've also contributed to Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency through automation and reporting.Looking ahead, I am committed to advancing my expertise in cloud technologies, data visualization, and automation. I aim to grow into more strategic roles, such as cloud architecture or IT consulting, where I can lead transformative projects and help businesses leverage technology for long-term success.
