I am a human rights activist and attorney by training, who previously co-founded a strategic and innovative international nonprofit that changed the narrative on crimes against humanity in India. I believe a committed group of individuals can affect real change in their communities, and I enjoy being a nonprofit dreamer.I combine a passion for innovation and teamwork, with over 2 decades of hands-on experience designing and building strategy, programs, operations, and data-driven evaluation. I aim to create authentic relationships and strong team morale; build coalitions; and manage risk in challenging environments.
