Belonging to a passionate business family, I have grown up being fed on dinner table conversations revolving around business. Right from childhood, this generated interest and curiosity in my mind. I complimented this inclination by following the business journeys of modern-day entrepreneurial moguls and pursuing my higher education in Business and Operations Management. Resilience: Surrounded by business-minded people, I have witnessed rapid changes in businesses owing to advancements, a closely connected world, and ever-changing consumer preferences. This shift makes me believe to be resilient in this ever-changing industry and equipping myself with the best traits and developing a unique identity—a personal brand for myself to stand out and develop meaningful solutions for tomorrow's community. Creative Problem Solving: In today’s world, there are problems in business that can’t be tackled through orthodox methods and need newer, unconventional solutions. I have interned in Muvtons, a mid-sized industrial product business entity, getting great exposure to many facets of the business including project operations. I acted as a bridge between onsite execution and production, which gave me a flavor of crisis management in dynamic business situations which I realized to be one of my strongest skills to dive deeper into aspects of crisis management and creative problem-solving. My interest towards intellectual challenges helps me push my limits and think out of the box to come up with creative and logical solutions for such problems.Leadership: From leading musical concerts, a debate and quizzing team at school, to being the School House Captain, I have seamlessly taken up leadership roles. Not only coming up with the solutions but building strategies around them for efficient implementation is also one of my strong skills. I believe in actions more than words as I want to be powerful and influential in the work I do so that I can make sure those strategies can be carried out effectively and manage the operations in a strategic, analytical, and productive manner. I am dependable and can be relied on with my leadership skills and managing people in my workspace, as working in harmony with my team at all times is one of the key rules I live by. Collaborating with peers of high intellect and gaining knowledge and experience through industry experts, I look forward to developing an innovative mindset, leadership behaviors, and knowledge about the substratum of business and operations management which will, one day, propel me to charter to success.
