I guided health tech companies—ranging from SaMD to fitness—through the early stages of product-market fit. I convinced AI engineers to rally behind my vision and helped founders recognize the MOAT in their healthcare data. This was my introduction to the challenges of scaling in health tech.

A highlight of my professional career to launch a product touching 100M+ lives in the US. Collaborating with almost every business function including data science, payers, health systems, sales, and more, I experienced the challenge of aligning execution challenges with bold growth metrics. Designing programs for diverse customer segments spanning age groups, high comorbidities, SDOH, and other complexities challenged me and my team as healthcare business strategists and as people leaders. I learnt from leaders who prioritized patient centricity irrespective the size of the operations, and modeled collaborative strategic leadership.
