I have a Postgraduate Degree in Physics from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and two Postgraduate Certificates in Human Resources Management and Project Management from Canadore College and Humber College, respectively.In my internship at GaoTek, I have gained hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, supporting the HR team and the organization's goals. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of employee training programs, leveraging my knowledge of labor and employment law, and best practices in talent management.
