Acted as editorial lead for SRM Cases collection by facilitating peer reviewing, successfully piloting a new handover system and liaising with authors to ensure completion at a 100% success rate by internal cut offs. Successfully completed video processing for the Data Visualization and Doing Research Online collections for both licensed and original videos, including input of metadata via company systems and Microscope. Carried out contracting and recruitment of subject matter experts, provided copy for new products and managed author relationships throughout the publication cycle. Carried out mass scale commissioning for new collections.

Handled administration EA/AE tasks such as updating systems, keeping internal teams up to date with projects, arranging contracts, chasing in manuscripts, ensuring permissions are cleared in time for books to publish. Managed author relationships and ensured stakeholders are kept happy throughout the life-cycle of the book, including post publication communication. Updated trackers and systems (such as SMART) to ensure projects can be easily tracked. Communicated with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Represented editors and SAGE at academic conferences. Provided copy for back covers, catalogues, SMART, web copy and other needs of the project. Deputised for the Commissioning Editor at transmittal meetings when needed. Carried out market research and reviewing of current titles (for new edition) or new proposals.
