Main responsibility is to liaise between clients and agency's creative team and coordinate advertising materials. - Follow up with clients on a daily basis and make sure deadlines are met- Work closely with the manager to brief the team on the campaign and assisting in the necessary research.- Assisting and presenting alongside with the account manager on the campaign ideas and budget.- Monitor client's campaigns - Work closely with suppliers and media owners- Media monitoring on client's competitors and providing a summary report (ADEX).Client: SHARP (Home & Electronics Appliances Division), Binjai-on-the-Park (KLCC Properties), Glenmarie Gardens, Empire Residencies, Deutsche bank

The company assists clients to recruit talent through print advertisements from designing the ad to buying the space in the print media. The job exposed me to different areas in the advertising field as I was placed in a different department each month. Among the tasks of my internship includes:- Preparing media schedules and assisting the supervisor in presenting plans to clients- Preparing attractive headlines and introductions, and ensure error-free submissions- Liaise with clients on requested advertisements along with preparing quotations and booking ad space.
