Jaslyn represents Singapore in badminton internationally as a Team Singapore athlete. She is a gold medalist for women’s singles in the national open in 2021 and 2020; silver in the national open in 2019; 4th in the Youth Olympics Games in 2018; silver in a junior grand prix in 2017; and multiple podium finishes in the years preceding. A competitive athlete since young, she has a high internal locus of control and is a proficient multi-tasker along with multiple leadership responsibilities.Jaslyn is a business management major from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. She is a Ngee Ann Polytechnic Scholar and a Sport Excellence Scholar of Sport Singapore. She is a sports achiever award recipient in 2020 and an outstanding sportsperson award recipient for badminton in 2019. As captain of her school’s women’s badminton, she led the team to gold for three consecutive years. In community service, she has helped raise funds for persons with disabilities aspiring to sports.
