Handle any manual changes required for retired employees, including backfeed updates.Manage the weekly payroll processing for retired employees in the United States.Calculate and update federal and state taxes for retired employees, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.Address any payroll-related queries or concerns from retired employees using various communication tools like emails and HRX.Reverse any incorrect payments made to employees and place stop orders with the bank to prevent further processing.Reissue payments as per employees' requests, either through checks or direct deposit.Expedite check delivery by arranging overnight shipments when required. Resolve employee queries related to bank actions promptly and efficiently.Perform audits on bank actions to verify the accuracy of processed information.Identify any discrepancies or errors and make necessary corrections. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.Validate payroll variances and investigate any discrepancies. Transfer taxes for retired employees accurately and in compliance with tax regulations. Initiate the printing of checks and verify tax calculations before releasing payments. Verify fund availability for payroll disbursement and reconcile funding reports for each client. Generate and release the ACH (Automated Clearing House) file for electronic fund transfers
