(14000sq m); Adaptive Reuse office project (1000 sq m); Cowan Buick: Electrical room addition; Nash and Trulls Plaza: Parking reconfiguration; Zoning Package production for 3 projects – residential, mixed use and industrial (350 to 600 sq m)- Headed the projects in an office of 3 person’s staff; gaining exposure on all the stages of the projects across multiple projects- Conducted site visits and reviewed record drawings of the existing site/building to produce design option meeting client’s needs. Requested surface and underground services plan from the respective survey firm- Created zoning package for all the projects as per official and zoning by laws of the city. Produced tender and bid document, Addendums, Building permit set, CCO’s, RFI’s, CO’s- Coordinated architectural set with sub-consulting MEP teams and shop drawings to meet the necessary standards and client’s brief/budget- Completed Site plan application forms, rezoning forms, building permit submission forms as per the city’s requirements

Primarily gained exposure in CD/DD stage of the project: Group C, multi-phase condominium project. - Diligently with a team of eight to produce construction documents;- Solely responsible for producing multiple design options for suites; - Coordinated with the sub-consulting engineering team (Mech./Elect./Struct.) and actively participated in coordination discussions with them;
