I have a postgraduate degree in Sustainable Business Management from Seneca College, where I learned how to apply the principles of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) to business operations and strategy. I also have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, and a PGDIBO in International Business from Indira Gandhi National Open University. I have been working as a Maintenance Technician at Smurfit Kappa since August 2022, where I am responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of specialty bag making CNC multistep production lines and compressed dry air units.Before joining Smurfit Kappa, I worked as an Maintenance Engineer at Air Liquide for two and a half years, operating a high-capacity onsite cryogenic nitrogen plant. I also worked as a Mechanical Supervisor at Jindal Aluminium Limited for two and a half years, overseeing the operation and maintenance of the plant utilities. In these roles, I developed and demonstrated skills in mechanical engineering, supply chain management, corporate sustainability, and team leadership. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, reliability, and safety of industrial processes, while minimizing the environmental impact and maximizing the social benefit.
