I work directly with the Founder and Executive Director to review contracts, draft emails, schedule meetings, take notes at meetings, organize files, and more. I communicate with a team of employees to maintain organization and consistency within the organization. I also create content for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I research and create branding and marketing strategies for the company's social media that I then implement into merchandising and the company's website. Within my first month, I created a company TikTok and Linkedin, began posting on the company Facebook, and without advertisements, grew the Instagram account by 18% in followers, 215% in the number of accounts reached, and 125% in the number of accounts engaged.

I began volunteering my creative talents at my alma mater Vista Murrieta High School immediately after graduating and the next year I was offered a part-time position teaching and managing approximately 60 teenaged girls. I taught dance classes, ran technique blocks, and created choreography for various show themes and talent levels. I constantly adjusted my teaching styles depending on the group of students I was working with at a time, and learned how to teach young adults how to work together as a team while also working on a team myself. I have always had a team mindset but also work well on my own, and this gave me ample opportunities to succeed in both areas. I have now taught at various schools in Southern California, have provided creative criticism to my colleagues, and have taught at the highest level possible working with the multiple-time World Championship-winning organization Fantasia Winterguard associated with Riverside City College and the RCC Marching Tigers. This is a passion project and allows me an opportunity to work in a team setting with some of my best friends and use my own creativity to help nurture the next generation to find themselves through movement.

•I have led and managed various location types ranging from very low-volume cafe stores to high-volume drive-throughs but have spent most of my time with the company on property at the two Prestigious flagship locations in Downtown Disneyland. • At Disneyland I led my team in raising our customer connection score (based on a survey given at random to customers using the Starbucks app) from a 9 to a 51, supported my newly promoted manager as he found his way into his new role, coached baristas, and came up with new ways to support the mental health of my partners and to grow our business. • In an effort to grow personally, I have utilized programs available through the company such as the coffee master program and the greener apron sustainability program both of which require self-motivation, studying, research, and testing.

I was hired into this position based on my views of the media industry and how Psychology can be utilized to portray and display with more accuracy in addition to effectively reaching specific audiences. I was tasked with doing a great deal of research and vetting sources to gain quotes, photos, and information which I then translated into social media reels that were used in various marketing campaigns. I did daily check-ins with my mentor and company CEO, Andy Petek and not only turned my work in on time but went above and beyond what was asked of me whilst working two jobs and completing my final 10 credits at ASU. This experience has set me up for success in any remote field focused on self-motivation and/or teamwork and collaboration on projects and has introduced me to the world of social media marketing and what it means to practice storytelling with the goal of persuasion. With my newfound experience, I feel I can translate my mentor's teachings into any field and any work environment.

I was hired as a base-level employee and within 3 months on the job I was promoted to a shift supervisor position. From there I lead employees day in and day out, handled money, dealt with conflicts in the store, placed orders, managed food waste, and oversaw the store while my manager was away. I trained new employees and newly promoted supervisors until I was offered a managerial position at a failing location in Corona, which I took. While there, I boosted the sores food safety audit score , won an award for boosting our stores sales the most within a month, attended meetings, organized fundraisers, made schedules, held hiring events, and onboarded new employees. I am very grateful for this experience as I learned a lot in how to cooperate and manage people while also nurturing their own goals outside of my goals as a business manager.
