About Jasmien Claes

After graduating with a Masters in Work- and Organizational Psychology at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2014, I started my career as an HR professional with great enthusiasm. I got the opportunity to learn and grow enormously during my time at Danone, a multinational which puts people first and has a big heart for CSR. I started there as a Junior HR Manager and grew into an HR Business Partner position. As BP, I applied a proximity approach to my responsibilities of aligning people and business needs and leading multiple HR projects. In 2020, driven by the search for an organisation with a vision, mission and values I could 100% identify with, I took the next step in my career. I joined VVOB as Global HR lead, responsible for the Global HR strategy and processes.
