Composed communication strategy for pilot year of Booking.com Booster - Booking Booster is Booking.com’s 3-week startup accelerator programme, and € 2 million grant fund to support scale-ups in sustainable tourism.

Programme and proposal design of a 5-year youth employment and Rule of Law programme in Afghanistan, in collaboration with Cordaid fundraisers, to apply for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ ARC Fund. Grant was fully commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Co-managing the organisation and facilitation of all learning activities for the Dutch WASH Alliance (echoing the commissioned operational plan of the learning agenda). Key activities - Managing an innovative, international learning programme in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal and Ghana / Facilitating global exchange of best practices about wash innovation for local practitioners in Uganda, Kenya, Mali, Benin and Cambodia.

Developing and managing an operational plan to support 100 African pioneers with seed money for their start-ups thereby igniting a big wave of social innovation throughout Africa.

Manage and monitor the programme of the foundation to develop into a cultural enterprise and consult on development of new business models, organisational structure and strategic partnerships. Consultancy for the improvement and optimisation of the process management of SOS Kinderdorpen NL. Through desk research, interviews and several work sessions we redesigned all organisational processes and therewith optimised the working flows within the organisation.

In collaboration with the director of 1%Club I developed a project proposal consisting of a one-year programme to support African entrepreneurs with seed money called the Cheetah Fund. The full amount was granted by the Dutch Postal Code Lottery.

Manage all activities of a project in which approximately 50 hotels signed an agreement with the local government to get Green Key- certified. By organising visits of aldermen, inspiring learning and knowledge exchange sessions and a congress on innovative sustainable solutions the hotels were offered facilitation and assistance in the process to work on their CSR policy.

Progreso Network, a partner organization of Solidaridad, facilitates an online community for producer organisations. The main objective of this online community is to provide a clearly profiled and active international platform where producer organisations, their business partners and supporting organisations meet, exchange and learn. I conducted a research to have a more thorough and objective analysis of the future needs and requirements of producer organisations and their commercial partners.
