Main Functions• Supervising the returns of monthly, quarterly and yearly requirement of Bureau of Internal Revenue (includes EFPS filing, VAT Relief and Alphalist)• Prepares requirements for VAT Claims to be applied in the Department of Finance-from reconciliation of sales transaction with actual shipments through Bill of Lading documents to preparing various supporting documents (the company being handled is an export oriented company.)• Monitors tax updates (keeping company in line with new regulations issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue). Other Functions• Payroll supervisor (Employees of more than a thousand persons). i. Checking appropriate information due to employees (e.g. bank account numbers are correctly used for payroll release.ii. Monitors that all employees receive proper compensation based on actions rendered making sure that neither one is omitted for release nor resigned employees are being paid.• Prepares Financial Statements of sister company (the management of which is the same with the company I am under). If any questionable data found, investigates and reconciles.• Reconciles records of company records against stakeholders records (affiliates, suppliers, plant)
