Work experience in a local Bermuda firm, assisting attorneys and the administrative team with various legal, regulatory, reception, administrative matters. I developed a general working knowledge of legal marketing processes and the operations of select regulatory bodies on island. In particular, I had exposure to Know Your Client (KYC) processes, submission processes for applications to the Department of Immigration as well as a variety of corporate, property and Registrar of Companies searches. Notably, during this time, I shadowed a litigation attorney in the Bermuda courts and undertook various student legal research exercises and administrative projects.
