I was granted this position after 7 months of working at John Codonas Pleasure Fairs Ltd. Having had no supervisor experience this was a challenge, however one I was able to master effectively. I enjoy being a supervisor and working closely together with the management team as well as the 20 members of staff I am looking after on a daily basis. Codonas has enabled me to experience various aspects of the industry, enabling me to work as a waitress, a bar manager, as well as looking after children. Having worked in a variety of fields, I believe has given me the advantage to acquire more skills and experience different aspects within the customer service sector that will suit any other job I will start in the future.

It was a great pleasure to be able to liaise with different organisations and charities.
