About Jasmin Edwards

If prior to leaving school someone had told me that in years to come I’d be working within the construction industry, I’d have laughed and said no way! My vision when I was younger was always to do something super girly, involving lots of pink and sparkles... but here I am, working with bricks, blocks, walling stone, arches and any other construction material you can think of and I LOVE it! I started my journey as an Experienced Sales Coordinator within the construction industry a few years ago, where I secured a job working for Ibstock Brick. It was there I started to build my foundations (excuse the pun!) of knowledge and love for the industry. Being a bubbly, chatty, outgoing individual, I have always worked in a customer service environment. Dealing with customer relations whether it be in person, over the phone, a teams call or an email, is something I’ve always felt comfortable and happy doing. I take great pride in any work I undertake and building strong and long lasting customer relationships is something I value highly. Being as open and honest is always the best policy in my eyes and going that extra mile for people is something I do without a second thought. I hold strong skills in Data Entry, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Processing, Work Orders, and Project Management. I am also versatile and able to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently. I’m a forward thinker and will happily make suggestions as to how I think a day to day task could be done better. My recent adventure of joining Roy Geddes Bricks is one that I’m most excited about and hope the future holds lots of scope for me to grow more and more within this crazy industry, meeting lots of amazing people and memory making along the way!

    Within my role as a Sales Co-ordinator at Ibstock Brick, I am required to work along side and support fellow Sales Representatives country wide within the Specification Sector of the building industry, assisting with their customer accounts and orders.
