• Original designer for Oracle’s proprietary Mobile Workforce Management version 2, which is a ground-up rewrite of Oracle’s Mobile Workforce Management application using Oracle’s proprietary Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)• Trained in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) Configuration Tools: Oracle proprietary tool that allows extending Oracle applications both front-end (Info and Query Zones, Object and Query Portals, User Interface Maps) and back-end (Business Objects, Business Services, Plug-in scripts, Service Scripts) via metadata. Involves SQL, BPA scripts, Service-oriented Architecture, XML document, Maintenance Object, and basic HTML that are core in building Oracle systems.• Original author of Resource Planning and Scheduling, an important and critical subcomponent of the MWM application.• Based on the current phase of the development cycle: o During the initial design phase, spends the majority of time writing designs and interacting with Product Architecture and other designers to produce specifications that are given to the development teams for implementation. The designs are written using Oracle’s proprietary UGBU specific templates that follow a specific methodology. o During the assembly phase, continues to coordinate with Product Architecture to validate the developed functionality as well as be the source of design knowledge for the various development teams tasked with coding these subsystems. o During the testing and Quality Assurance phase, acts as the primary owner for all issues and bugs coming out of certain subsystems. Performs the detailed issue analysis, may do on the spot resolution or pass on the issue to developers with recommended fixes. o During the support phase, acts as a primary contact for any issues at client sites around owned design area. Considerable experience interacting with support organization (and clients) is a distinct advantage during this phase.

• Palm District Cooling, UAE - Responsible for designing business requirements by using Oracle’s methodology, and then classified the requirements into low level, high level, functional and critical requirements• BordGais Energy Supply, Ireland - Worked in Dublin, Ireland for 6 months to have intensive dialogue and interaction with the customer. Responsible for documenting the customer’s business requirements by using Oracle’s methodology, analyzing the requirements to find the gap, and identifying the appropriate Oracle solution. Developed a highly technical design followed by a demonstration of the proposed Oracle solution utilizing specialized knowledge• Moalajah, UAE - Responsible for designing the client’s requirements as being identified as gap in Oracle’s CC&B. Delivered high quality work to the client• Knoxville Utilities Board, Tennessee – Worked in Knoxville Tennessee for 4 months to exercise acquired specialized knowledge in the Oracle Implementation methodology, process, procedure, design, deployment, framework and more importantly a structured method to train end-users on the Oracle products to work and then to maintain them• Las Vegas Valley Water District, Las Vegas - Worked on the Meter Receipt customization of Oracle’s CC&B.
