As a software recruiting specialist, I focus on sourcing exceptional talent for software engineering and design roles. My expertise lies in identifying candidates with the right blend of experience and technical skills, ensuring a seamless match with job requirements and company culture.

I am fully versed in all the aspects of the recruitment process. Here I searched sites for candidates to fill opening with existing clients. I conducted interviews, reference checks and confirmation of employment with HR. I did administration of candidates and captured candidates onto our system.

I created and shared posts on the La Vista Lodge social media accounts I created menus, cost price analysis as well as profit and loss figures, I handled bar stock figures with wastage, complementary items and losses. I wrote meeting minutes, I set up a working clock-in and out system for the company as well as assist in any other aspects. Checked in guests, created invoices and bookings for guests.

Administration tasks, customer care, I did some HR functions for the company, I assisted with timesheets and rewrote contracts. I occasionally stood in as Duty Manager and did Night Auditor reports when required. Checked in and out guests, pulled invoices and quotes, handled tables in the restaurant, dealt with linen emergencies and did cash-ups.
