Ever since I can remember I’ve been fascinated by how things work. And also why they sometimes don’t. I was always the kid questioning ‘why?’ – why things were the way they were and why no one had come up with a better way of doing it. A few years later and not much has changed. Except now my questions are directed at our clients’ businesses as we get under the skin of their operation to help them reinvent their internal accounts function so they can get more back from the hard work they put in. I love working closely with those clients to analyse their finance department, find the weaknesses and then develop innovative solutions that go much further than merely fixing the problem.
