As an Officer in the United States Space Force, I have spent the past 6 years learning how to lead in a dynamic, high-stress environment. Before joining the military, I was unaware of the impact our work could have, but as I progressed over the years, I have learned so much about managing these complex situations. Over time, I have honed my skills and am ready to translate those to the civilian sector. I am a detail-oriented, analytic manager with experience in problem solving and conflict resolution. My roles have ranged from Project Manager to Strategic Planner for technical defense systems and programs. Additionally, the entirety of my military career has involved direct supervision and leading teams of up to 40 people. This work has allowed me to be adaptable to different schedules and environments.I am ready to continue my time managing projects while also expanding upon my technical knowledge and skillset. Currently, I am taking courses to understand the basics of cloud computing and to advance my knowledge in professional management.
