Jasmin Shaheed-Young serves as Vice President of Keystone Group, a real estate development and construction company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. As Vice President, she leads business development, marketing, communications as well as corporate responsibility team efforts. Since starting at Keystone in 2013, Jasmin has secured nearly $50M of new construction business along with leveraging her well-honed skills for government relations to secure unanimous support for the approval of a $17M Tax Increment Financing Bond. The City-County Council and Mayor’s Office support is now leading to a $160M development of Indianapolis’ first InterContinental Hotel and an $80M mixed-use tower in the heart of downtown Indy. She works directly with the owner and CEO to manage complex media, government, community and business stakeholder relationships. Throughout her tenure, Jasmin has worked closely with the Indy Eleven Professional Soccer team, owned by Keystone’s CEO, to lobby state and local officials gaining approvals in the advancement of building a $550M mixed-use soccer stadium development seeking to attract a Major League Soccer franchise to Indianapolis. Along with those areas of focus, I also work with key business and community stakeholders to cement Keystone as a corporate citizen that enhances the community. I work with corporate partners and consultants within Healthcare, Higher Education, Government & Municipalities along with K-12 traditional and charter school industries providing construction management talent and resources.

Prior to joining Keystone, Jasmin spent five years working in political fundraising. Her efforts led her to building national relationships while acting as Finance Director for Congressman Andre Carson. She was responsible for managing all financial aspects of the congressional campaign along with his Leadership PAC. Jasmin maintained tactical relationships with high-net worth donors while exceeding quarterly fundraising goals. As Finance Director for the local Democratic Party she planned a variety of fundraising events appealing to various donors and achieved a 50% increase in fundraising in the first year and continued growth each consecutive year.
