Millennium Fellowship- Campus Director
The Millennium Fellowship is a semester-long leadership development program on college campuses worldwide. • Selected among 30,000 global applicants to pursue a self-chosen community project resulting in the C.O.L.O.R. Initiative• Oversaw 7 millennium fellows and their social-impact projects using interpersonal communication and delegation by helping them manage budgets, set goals and create business pitches to enhance the execution of their beneficial community events• Hosted and taught six two-and-a-half-hour leadership training sessions for fellows through facilitating group discussions on leadership techniques, community mapping of demography, and problem-solving to help refine their local projects’ visions• Utilized scheduling and communication skills to plan leadership sessions to maintain an average attendance of 95%• Created presentations and interactive activities for each training session to increase aesthetics and information retention
