• Gather news and information by interviewing people and attending events/conferences• Arrange and conduct interviews• Write on-line articles and interviews• Research background information for reports and articles.• Record detailed information, including personal observations and interviews, using cameras, cassette recorders, and personal notes.• Promote debates about environmental issues

• Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests • Investigating and resolving customer complaints • Maintaining a database of customer information • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary • Checking product or service availability • Assisting customers with registration or account creation • Training new staff

• Communicating with clients interested in taking out a credit card and providing them with the necessary information to start the application process• Collecting the needed financial documentation • Risk assessing clients based on their credit score and financial history.• Advising on payment methods and payment plans• Approving or denying credit cards requests, and communicating this decision to both clients and management• Maintaining records of credit card applications • Ensuring that credit card applications are in line with the company's financial policies, as well as state laws and regulations.• Setting clear team goals and communicate these task effectively• Delegating tasks and set deadlines for my team• Coach and mentor new staff• Provide support when necessary
