• Utilizing industry-standard software, including Symbility, to accurately estimate the costs of repairs and restoration.• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.• Analyze and interpret property damage reports, photographs, and other relevant documentation to determine the scope of repairs.• Research and source materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to ensure accurate cost estimates.• Prepare detailed and comprehensive estimates, including itemized breakdowns of costs, labor hours, and materials required.• Review and analyze historical data and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.• Present estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing clear explanations of the repair process.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of estimates, revisions, and change orders.• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to property damage estimation.
